Soprano Candis Angelene has enjoyed a diverse career on stage and screen. CAPE TANGO ENSEMBLE

The Cape Town Tango Ensemble specializes in Argentinean Tango ranging from the old fashioned Classical Tango style from the first half of 20th century up to the Tango “Nuevo”, started and developed by the famous Argentinean composer and Bandoneon virtuoso Astor Piazzolla. All three members studied at the Opera Department of the Pretoria Technikon, under the vocal tuition of Eric Muller and Pierre du Toit, and were awarded National Diplomas for Performing Arts specialising in Opera.
