Red Light Fever is a live four piece party band specializing in corporate functions and events that
require the vibe and feel of a true live band. Sam, Scarlett, Mike and Rodger have been involved in the
corporate events industry for many years. Some bands include Riptide, Frontline, G and T band and
Sounds Like Thunder.
Clients include ATKV, Five Seasons Entertainment, Robor, Sun International, ABSA, Discovery health,
Waterkloof Hoerskool, American Chamber of Commerce and many more.
Should you require an emcee or compere at your event, Mike, Sam or Scarlett step smoothly into the
appropriate role.
Red Light Fever provides all there own equipment catering up to 1000 people.
Staging and lighting can also be arranged on request.
MEMBERS:
Sam Walker: Sam, the front man has been entertaining and song writing for ten years. He fronted the band ‘8 Year
Itch’ who were signed by David Gresham and had successful original songs played on national radio
stations. Sam has also fronted the bands Riptide and Bad Penny.
Sam and is well liked by all audiences for his outgoing personality. Besides being the lead male voice,
Sam also contributes to the whole performance on acoustic and electric guitars
.
Scarlett Ruzzier (female vocalist): Scarlett brings a feminine touch with eleven years of performance experience.
She shares lead vocals and back up harmony with high energy upfront with Sam.
She has performed with comedy show band Jester in South Africa and Ethiopia, also performing in
Dubai for the Hilton Hotel chain and many international groups visiting Africa.
Mike Pepper:Mike has been in the professional music industry since 1976 and has been a member of numerous top
bands such as Clap ham Junction, Charles G and John T band, Mello and Jive, Sounds Like Thunder.
Mike is our own comedian and will not only play bass but have the audience in stitches with his adlib.
Rodger Reeks: Rodger is a versatile, experienced drummer with more than 15 years experience and has worked with
many corporate bands including ‘Frontline’, ‘Four Past Midnight’, Riptide and ‘Good Vibes’. Rodger
has also toured with a corporate band in Dubai.
