Five Seasons Music, as a business, is not appropriately positioned to ask celebrities to donate time or items. If you wish celebrities to donate time or items, your organisation will need to contact individual celebrities or their representational management directly. Five Seasons Music does not furnish these contact details.
As Five Seasons Music receives an unmanageable number of charitable requests and as we are not a representational agency, enquiries for celebrities coming from charitable organisations are not accepted by us. Five Seasons Music will only engage a celebrity for a charity if a sponsoring company or individual wishes to make a booking on behalf of a charity. Then, all enquiries, contracting and invoicing must be handled by the sponsor. Fees will be as charged for an equivalent corporate engagement.
The exception to this rule is when a speaker or artist is being engaged to perform at an event or dinner where tickets are being sold to pay for the performer or speaker and the activity's profit is to be retained by the charity.
Schools/universities, not-for-profit businesses, local and central government, hospitals etc are not considered charities.
