Born and raised in Orlando East, Soweto, TIMOTHY MOLOI returned to South Africa in 1999, having completed a Bachelor of Arts degree at Ohio Wesleyan University in the USA.

During the World Summit in 2002, Timothy had the memorable experience of performing for former-President Nelson Mandela and Graca Machel, as well as Crown Prince Willem Alexander and Princess Maxima of the Netherlands, at Douw Steyn's farm ‘Shambala’ in the Waterberg. During 2004 he also had the priviledge of performing at THE ENTHRONEMENT OF THE KING OF THE BAFOKENG at the Sun City Superbowl and at the ACRES OF LOVE Benefit Concert at the Simon Wiesenthal Center: Museum of Tolerance in Los Angeles.

He has recorded the duet Life Is Beautiful, with Nonhlanhla, which topped the charts on P4 Radio last year, and also co-produced and did vocal arrangements for the single Candyman, which earned Kenrich Crew a SA Music Award Nomination.

Most recently he sang at the 2006 AFRICA PEACE AWARDS, hosted by President Thabo Mbeki in Durban, the BIDVEST 18th Birthday Celebration, held at the Sandton Convention Centre, and at the HUMMER / CADILLAC launch at Fancourt.
